Firmware Upgrade

Some 4"x6" and 5"x7" photo printers require a firmware upgrade to support new high performance media. Affected printers will report "RIBBON ERROR" on the printer display. Contact support for upgrade instructions.

End of Life

Effective January 1, 2007 versions of PixPert Insta-Photo kiosk software less than version 2.00 will not be supported. To upgrade from earlier versions, you must contact support. The latest release version is 2.03.

Version 2.03 Tools

We added several enhancements to on kiosk support functions in our latest 2.03 version. The web resources listed to the left are available directly on the kiosk from the Administration mode. Also in the Administration mode are links to Diagnostics and Windows functions.
